Healthy Foods for Breakfast

Did you always have healthy foods for breakfast? What you eat in the morning? Maybe it is a simple question but do you know that this question will determine your nutrition and health. Maybe if you've been eating unhealthy food in the morning, it will make you feel sick and result in you be not the spirit.

Start your day with a healthy breakfast. Here are some healthy foods for breakfast, such as:

  1. Cereals are usually contained a mixture of milk because it is tantamount to a big meal. Choose cereals with no or low sugar.
  2. Eggs are a good choice for breakfast. But, of course eat it in enough portion.
    Try an egg sandwich. You can be creative by adding cheese or ham with medium dose.
  3. Pancakes (pancakes). This food is the right choice. To reduce the number of calories, replace the butter and syrup with fresh fruit.
  4. Toast. Toast is still a good choice for breakfast. However, be sure to avoid using too much butter.
  5. Juice. Do not forget the juice at breakfast. You can get energy from the juice without having to drink coffee.
  6. Fruit salad. This could be a good choice. Pick some kind of fruit that you like and combine them so fresh dishes. Fruit also contains sufficient energy for your needs.
